Kilim Hotel & Apartment

Amazing staff, make you feel comfortable right away.

The hotel is clean!

unfortunately, the breakfast was disappointing. It lacked nutritional variety and should be adapted to cater to the diverse nationalities of guests visiting Fethiye. Additionally, the staff were not very friendly, which made me feel unwelcome during my stay.

Perfect location, calm, comfortable room, very clean pool.

Don't make reservations for boat trip attractions from the hotel. The company "Focus" that cooperate with the Hotel are very bad organizers, they are late, unfriendly with tourists and very expensive. Very bad experience with boat trip attractions that I reserved in the Hotel.

Tbh nothing, other the morning.shift staff that were so lovely and helpful, especially the woman thay helped me.with the cardboard situation.she was very lovely and nice, and the guy supervising the breakfast

Old and bad rooms, night shift staff was unfriendly and did not wven bother to welcome us, he just acted like we interrupted his conversation witb his friend, the facilities are so old and need a renovation and definitely not worth the price they are charging

The stuff are super friendly and helped us alot with all our requests. They changed our room when we made them aware im pregnant and gave us one with no stairs. Extra pillows, kettle even an iron was provided. Hussein really supported and was so nice to us

I wished if they had different breakfast options every couple of days as it was the same every day

Nice place with good breakfast and near to the beach and park. It has two swimming pools

It could be better if the place is maintained esp the surroundings as well as the facilities are quite old. The pans and kettle a bit rusty.

Good location, tasty breakfast

Cleaning of room. We stayed 3 days and there was no cleaning.

Stayed: April 20, 2025Trip type: Solo travelRating: 3/5I stayed one night at Kilim Hotel and Apart in Fethiye. The room was basic but had everything I needed — air conditioning, a fridge, and a regular TV (no smart features). The shower worked well, and the room was fairly clean (4/5 for cleanliness).Pros:Affordable priceDecent location, close to Fethiye marina, Paspatur (the old town), and the seaside promenade24/7 convenience store just around the cornerOverall, it's okay for a short stay if you're on a budget, but I wouldn't recommend it for a longer holiday.

Cons:Very poor soundproofing — I could hear neighbors and street noise clearlyBreakfast was extremely simple, would be nice to have more variety

Staff are very good, location is great as wel, Breakfast is good.

Out of season so I appreciate the hotel is not in full swing yet!! Did the job for the money and breakfast was okay!

Location. A short walk to the seafront. Bus stop right outside. Relaxed atmosphere and plenty of places to sit in and outside. Excellent breakfast, particularly liked the homemade jams.

Sometimes a bit noisy.

Room size good New shower roomsGood Turkish breakfastKind helpful staff

Bed linen needs renewing tired old worn Outside facilities need care and attention Rooms could do with a paint

The best thing about this hotel is the two swimming pools. The rooms are basic, good shower and nice breakfast. Good Value for money. It is a 20-30 minute picturesque walk to the centre. There are regular mini buses from opposite the hotel.

Only downside, the bed was very hard

This friendly, family run hotel has a good location close to dolmus stops. The sea front is a short distance away across two busy roads. Our one-bed apartment was very spacious and comfortable with two balconies offering views of the pool area and across to Babadag and nearby mountains.Breakfast is traditional Turkish, offering plenty of choice - enough for those with a big appetite! Other guests had booked evening meals that also looked delicious.Swimming pools were well maintained with a daily cleaning regime in place.

We did have some concerns about fire safety at the hotel: The first floor apartment had no fire blanket, no smoke alarm and no easy evacuation route, the only extinguisher was located in the entrance at ground level. Combustable materials were stored beneath a part wooden stairwell, close to an electrical fuse box.Our apartment was not cleaned during our one-week stay.

Breakfast by the pool was good

When we were shown our room (small apartment) on arrival if smelt of damp. One of the rooms was swimming in water which was immediately reported. They said there were no alternate rooms as the hotel was full but sent their technician to sort it out. He started work on pipes under the sink although the pooled water was in a different area. We once again asked for a different room although the bedroom and bathroom areas were useable. To our surprise we were given a room in the main building. Much better although the balcony is so small it's hardly functional. On leaving we asked for a taxi to the bus station and were shown to the hotel's Mercedes van. No mention of payment but when we were dropped off we were asked for more money than a taxi would charge. We knew this as we had used the local taxis. We paid a taxi rate instead.

We had a wonderful family stay at Kilim Hotel & Apart. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the seafront, and the hotel has a lovely, relaxed atmosphere. The three pools were a hit with the kids, and the spacious rooms made it comfortable for the whole family. The breakfast offered a variety of options to suit everyone’s taste, which we appreciated.A special thanks to Metin, who went above and beyond by providing an extra bed for our child. His kindness and helpfulness throughout our stay made a significant difference, ensuring we had everything we needed. We highly recommend Kilim Hotel & Apart for families looking for a relaxing and affordable getaway.

Plenty of choice - lovely toast

Towels not changed in 6 days and we had to ask for a toilet roll at reception

The hotel room was clean, the stzff was nice especially the night Manager Metin, we enjoyed our staying there me and my husband

I liked all of itVery nice staffSmall and Cosy Hotel

Is not a dislike, but it is a bit far away on a walking distance from the town. But is manageable.

The personal is excellent, helpful, the pool is a big plus

breakfast is the same every morning, no shelves for clothes
